Tiffany Heritage - Therapist & Founder

Hi, I'm Tiffany, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and serving board member of the Australian Play Therapists Association (APTA). I have over 15 years of experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and families.

I live in Geelong, on beautiful Wadawurrung Country, with my husband, our two children, and our dog, Sunny. As a family, we love beach days, outdoor adventures, and spending time in nature—experiences that continue to inspire my playful, creative approach to both life and therapy.

I truly love working with children and feel privileged to share in their worlds of play, imagination, curiosity, and creativity. I never tire of learning about the unique ways children see the world, the stories they tell, and the incredible strengths they bring, even during difficult times. Building trusting relationships with children and helping them feel seen, understood, and accepted is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My work is grounded in the belief that children's emotions, behaviours, and experiences make sense within the context of their development, relationships, and life experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or behaviours, I aim to support children and families in developing a deeper understanding of what may be sitting beneath a child's difficulties and identifying ways to support their growth, connections, and wellbeing.

I believe children thrive within the context of safe, supportive relationships, which is why working closely with parents and caregivers sits at the heart of my approach. I value working alongside children and families to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
