Tiffany Heritage - Therapist & Founder

Hi, I’m Tiffany, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a Registered Play Therapist, and a serving board member of the Australian Play Therapists Association (APTA). I have over 15 years experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and families. I live in Geelong, on beautiful Wadawurrung Country, with my husband, our two children, and our dog, Sunny. As a family, we love beach days, outdoor adventures, and spending time in nature, experiences that continue to inspire my playful, creative approach to both life and therapy.

I am deeply passionate about helping children navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and develop a strong, resilient sense of self. Working closely with parents and caregivers is a central part of my work. I believe children heal and grow within the safety of their most important relationships, and I value the opportunity to walk alongside families in this process. Together, we build insight, curiosity, confidence, playfulness, and connection, supporting meaningful change for their child that extends well beyond the therapy room.

I’ve worked across a variety of settings including family services, early childhood intervention, forensic services, schools, and private practice. I am deeply committed to reflective practice and ongoing learning, ensuring that the support I offer is evidence-based, ethically grounded, and attuned to each child’s unique experience and needs.

Rhiannon Mazza - Intake & Admin Coordinator

Rhiannon brings a wealth of experience in administrative management. After many years in hands-on childcare roles, Rhiannon transitioned into clinic coordination and practice management, where she has spent the past seven years supporting the smooth and thoughtful running of services behind the scenes. Her experience across both care and operations gives her a unique understanding of what families need in the early stages of their therapeutic journey.

In her hybrid role as Intake and Admin Coordinator, Rhiannon primarily supports the initial intake process, helping families feel welcomed, informed, and supported as they begin their journey with Playful Minds Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She loves good food and unwinding with a Netflix binge.
